    When you sign up for an account with Beacon Share, you are agreeing to Beacon Share’s Code of Conduct. Please read below for additional information regarding expectations.

    As an Independent Sales Representative for Nomad Beacon, you are an essential part of our team and the face of our brand. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards and principles expected of you in your interactions with businesses, customers, and fellow salespeople. Adherence to this Code is crucial in maintaining the integrity and reputation of Nomad Beacon.

    1. Obtaining Permission for Beacon Placement: Always obtain explicit permission from a location before placing a Beacon. Respect the property and preferences of the business and ensure that the placement of the Beacon is agreeable to them.

    2. Professionalism: Conduct yourself professionally at all times. This includes dressing appropriately, being punctual, and communicating respectfully with everyone you encounter.

    3. Honesty and Integrity: Be honest and transparent in all your dealings. Accurately represent the capabilities and benefits of the Nomad Beacon. Do not make false claims or promises about the product.

    4. Respect for Businesses and Customers: Treat all businesses and their customers with respect and courtesy. Be mindful of their time and space, and do not engage in aggressive or intrusive sales tactics.

    5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to marketing, privacy, and data protection.

    6. Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information you may acquire about the businesses you interact with or from Nomad Beacon.

    7. Positive Representation: As a representative of Nomad Beacon, your actions reflect on the company. Strive to leave a positive impression that upholds our values and reputation.

    8. Collaboration and Respect Among Sales Representatives: Foster a spirit of collaboration and respect with your fellow sales representatives. Share knowledge and experiences that can contribute to mutual success.

    10. Conflict Resolution: In the event of a disagreement or conflict, whether with a business, customer, or fellow sales representative, handle the situation professionally and seek a peaceful resolution.

    11. Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Be open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement in your sales approach and interactions.

    12. Reporting Violations: If you observe any violations of this Code of Conduct or any actions that could harm Beacon Share and its affiliates, or its reputation, report them to the appropriate authorities within Beacon Share.
